There are times in our lives when our paths are crossed by individuals who seem to illuminate all that surrounds them with their love, their kindness, their compassion and care for all living things. Such a person was our Caroline Hill, who served as a member of the Board of Directors of Village Partners International, as well as being an active part of the Kindness Matters Ministries to those on the streets of Tampa. Although she is no longer with us on this earth, her presence, her gentle nature, and the beauty of her soul will be part of all the work that we continue to do, as her compassion continues to touch those in need. We are so grateful for the lessons she leaves behind for all to share, and we know she walks with us each day.
